Duties of the HR Advisor Are:

  • Contribute To The Leadership Of The Team By Line Managing A HR Administrator
  • Contribute To The Overall HR Strategy
  • Embed The Company Ethos, Values And Culture Within The HR Processes
  • Support The Team With General Employment Enquiries
  • Deal With Correspondence Where Necessary Including References, Disciplinaries, ER Issues, And More
  • Keeping All HR Records Up To Date
  • Complete Audits When Necessary
  • Any Other Ad Hoc Duties As And When Required

What We Need From You:

  • Previous HR Experience Within A Similar Environment
  • Exposure Of Dealing To Complex ER Issues
  • CIPD Level 3 Qualified
  • Willingness To Work Flexibility And To Keep Knowledge And Skills Up To Date
  • Full Driving Licence Is Desirable (Expenses Paid)
