Duties of the Home Manager Are:

  • Contribute To The Leadership Of The Service
  • Guide And Manage The Dedicated Staff Team To Ensure High Quality Of Care

  • Use Your Knowledge Of Regulations To Ensure Compliance Throughout The Service
  • You Will Be Pivotal In Fostering A Person Centred Culture With A Focus On Providing Practical And Emotional Care
  • Ability To Complete Shifts Including Sleep In's When Necessary

What We Need From You:

  • Level 3 In Residential Childcare
  • Level 5 In Leadership And Management Desirable/Willingness To Complete
  • Experienced Of Manging A Team Within A Children's Residential Setting
  • An Good Solid Understanding Of Regulations And Relevant Frameworks
  • Ability To Work Flexibly When Necessary
