I am looking to recruit an experienced Learning and Development Manager (L&D) who has specialist experience in working in adult social care with learning disabilities, autism and CQC.
The Head of Learning and Development will oversee the strategy and delivery of the L&D plan for the charity, develop new and leading L&D programs to be rolled out, creating and managing the budget and financial performance of the division, utilising existing training methods and developing new ones using technology and face to face training workshops.
The Head of Learning and Development is a permanent full time post, paying a salary of £42,000 plus 33 days annual leave.
The of Head of Learning and Development is based in Head Office with some home working available but will require flexibility to go into services and deliver workshops/training.
The Head of Learning and Development must have
- Proven experience in an L&D role specifically within adult social care
- Senior Management experience managing senior staff members
- Success in facilitating a diverse range of training with positive outcomes
- Motivational, positive and influential leadership style
