My client is a national provider of care and support services to adults with learning disabilities, autism, complex needs and mental health across the UK.
I am recruiting for an exciting new role, a Head of Area Operations to manage the London and Surrey region.
The Head of Area Operations post is paying an excellent base salary plus benefits package and add ons. The role will based across the London and Surrey area (North and South Surrey and London).
The Head of Area Operations main responsibilities are to :
Manage a team of Regional Manager in the London and Surrey area
Overall responsibility for approximately 50 residential and supported living services
Build positive relationships with external stakeholders
Work with commissioners to identify new opportunities and bring services online
Budgetary and financial performance management of the region
Striving to achieve positive commercial and regulatory outcomes
Deliver regular reports to the Board on financial performance
The successful candidate must have the following
Extensive experience at Director or Senior Management level in a large social care group
Strong track record in managing large patches and responsibility for the budgetary and financial performance
Proven in growing regions and increasing service numbers and financial performance
Excellent manager of senior management, motivating and driving performance
