I am looking for a Head of Area Operations with robust businesse acumen who will compentently take on the day to day operational responsibility for a geographical area covering London and Surrey maintaining excellent standards across the board.
You will be overseeing at least 50 residential, supported living, day and outreach services, line managing regional managers and all other staff.
You must have:
An Excellent track record of line managing regionals
Able to Manage quality and budgets to a high standard
Be able to make a strong corporate contribution in terms of reports, plaimng, dleivery and culture
