Fostering Service Manager

We are looking for an experienced social worker to be a Fostering Service Manager.

About the team

You will be responsible for the leadership and management of the team, while also overseeing the Registered Managers duties. You will need to be responsible for the development and growth of a regional carer recruitment pipeline and for maximising current and new placement opportunities with existing and new customer local authorities, improving our market position in the independent fostering sector.

About the role

You will need a Social Work degree, and registered with Social Work England to be considered for this role and it is essential that you have previous experience as a Service Manager in Fostering services.

• Salary up to £60,500 per annum (Depending on experience)
• 25 days annual leave PLUS Bank Holidays
• Company pension scheme
• 37 hours per week
