Are you wanting to join one of London's leading providers for adults with social care? Currently my client is looking for a strong Registered Manager to overlook their Extra Care Service in Brent. This is a great opportunity to join an established company that can offer a clear path for progression along with a salary of £40,000.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Registered Manager
• Experience in Extra Care Services
• Completed NVQ level 5 in leadership and Management
• Experience working with Learning Disabilities and Mental Health
• Genuine desire to wanting to support vulnerable adults

Responsibilities:

• To successfully lead and manage Support staff
• To ensure service falls in line with CQC expectations
• To review care plans to meet the needs of service users
