Experienced Social Worker - 0-25 Team

A Kent-Based Local Authority is looking for a Experienced Social Worker to join their 0-25 Team. As the Social Worker, you will be providing transitional seamless arrangements. This role is a full-time, permanent position.

As the ideal Social Worker will have 0-25 experience. Whilst this is a busy team in a developing local authority, there is an extensive benefits list and incredible training and development opportunities.

Your responsibilities as the Experienced Social Worker:

• Ability to maintain accurate and up to date case records in a timely manner
• Ability to write good quality written reports which are suitable for a variety of professional settings.
• Ability to analyse and interpret varied and complex information, developing strategies and solutions for the medium and long term
• Ability to use well developed communication skills to present complex/sensitive information in an understandable way, to a range of audiences

Requirements of you as the Experienced Social Worker:

• A recognised Social Work qualification (Degree/DipSW/CQSW)
• A valid Social Work England registration
• Experience of working with disabled children, young adults and their families
• Must hold a full UK Driving Licence

Location: Kent

Salary: Up to £40,000 plus £2,500 market premia + £3,000 retention
