I am looking to recruit a dynamic, influential and passionate Deputy Ward Manager to join a specialist low secure rehabilitation service for males and females with Autism and Learning Disabilities based in Hook, Hampshire.

The Deputy Ward Manager will lead the unit, line manage the clinical team, ensure quality standards are met and report directly to the Ward Manager.

The Deputy Ward Manager role is paying £41,000 - £44,000 plus 25 days annual leave plus Bank Holidays, funded NMC registration, funded CPD and Training.

The Deputy Ward Manager must have

  • Registered Nurse (RGN/RNLD) with current NMC Pin
  • Trained Supervisor/Assessor
  • Clinical supervision experience
  • Computer literate
  • Positive personality and hands on leadership style
