Deputy Team Manager
Job description
One of London Borough Largest Local Authorities is looking for a Deputy Team Manager to help run the office based in North West London. You will be supervising a team of senior practitioners and social workers.
This is a full-time, permanent position with great training and development opportunities. Ideally, as the Deputy Team Manager you will need to have Children in Need experience along with experience within Leadership and Management.

Your responsibilities as the Deputy Team Manager:
- Overseeing assessments for children in need of protection
- Provide supervision on a 1-1 basis for 4 Social Workers
- Overseeing complex social work assessments
- Ensure that the voice of children is routinely captured
Requirements of you as the Deputy Team Manager:
- A recognised Social Work qualification (Degree/DipSW/CQSW)
- A valid Social Work England registration
- Significant experience of working within MASH
- Experience of working within Leadership and Management
- Must hold a full UK Driving Licence
Location: North West London
Salary: up to £46,000 + Market Supplement
