Deputy Registered Manager
Job description
An Independent Fostering Agency rated "Outstanding" by Ofsted for three consecutive years is looking for a Deputy Registered Manager to join their team, covering various locations. This role a full-time, and permanent role and covers locations in South England.
The ideal Deputy Registered Manager will be a dynamic leader and demonstrate experience in leading social work teams within a fostering service. The ideal candidate must be a qualified social worker and be innovative in promoting positive outcomes for children.

Your responsibilities as the Deputy Registered Manager:
- Supporting children and young people to live their best lives and achieve positive outcomes.
- Recruit, access, develop and support foster carers.
- Ensure work undertaken is in line with legislative/regulatory and policy guidance and requirements
- Set local budgets with managers and audit income and expenditure
Requirements of you as the Registered Manager:
- A recognised Social Work qualification (Degree/DipSW/CQSW)
- A valid Social Work England registration
- Significant experience of fostering
- Experience of working in a leadership or management role
- Must hold a full UK Driving Licence
Location: South England, including London, Bedfordshire, Hertfordshire, Buckinghamshire, Berkshire, Surrey, Essex, Suffolk, Cambridgeshire, Norfolk
Salary: up to £66,000
