Deputy Manager - Learning Difficulties

I am looking for a Deputy Manager candidate to work in a residential home for 6 adults with learning disabilities based in Castle Cary, Somerset.

My client is an established local provider with big ambitions to open new services and currently provide residential, supported living and domiciliary care services to children and adults.

The Deputy Manager role is a permanent full time post paying £27,000 - £30,000

To be considered for the Deputy Manager role, you must have :

• NVQ Level 3 Health and Social Care
• Held a supervisory (Deputy Manager, Senior, Team Leader, Shift Leader) role in adult social care
• Experience with key duties including rota's, care plans, supervising staff, working with external agencies.
• Strong leadership skills to manage a staff team and assist the Service Manager in making the home a success
