Deputy Manager - Fostering Charity

A Not-for-Profit Therapeutic Independent fostering agency is looking for a Deputy Manager, to oversee and support and team of 3 social workers in Essex. This agency has just received another rating of Outstanding, at their recent Ofsted inspection.

This is a HOME BASED role.

You will hold a small caseloadof up to 4 families, offer robust supervision to SSW's linked to the agency's Essex Office , and to support SSW's in their day-to-day tasks if needed to ensure excellent standards of service are maintained in instances of difficulties or staff shortages/annual leave.

You will need to have a recognised Social Work qualification (Degree/DipSW/CQSW, a valid registration with social work England, and experience of working within Fostering, ideally in a Senior setting.
