The service needs aq deputy manager who loves to support vulnerable individuals but can also manage a team of support staff. If this sounds like you then my client would love to hear from you. On offer is a salary of £30,000 along with a clear path towards career progression.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Deputy Manager in Extra Care
• Completed NVQ level 3 in leadership and Management
• Experience working with dementia
• Genuine desire to wanting to support vulnerable adults

Responsibilities:

• To successfully lead and manage Support staff
• To ensure service falls in line with CQC expectations
• To review care plans to meet the needs of service users
