Deputy Manager - Children's Residential

As Deputy you will directly support the Home Manager to lead teams and provide high quality care to children and young people that have trauma.

The Successful Candidate will receive:

• £34,223 - £39,632 per annum

• NVQ Level 3 in Residential Childcare or equivalent
• Previous experience of Team leading within Children's residential care
• Have an excellent understanding of trauma informed care.
• Have understanding of managing budgets.
• Experience in multi-agency working.
• Understanding of Ofsted, quality standards and regs 44,45
