You will be working for a brand new service for children who have EBD and other behaviours This is a full time, permanent role that pays £35,000 per annum

As a Deputy you will support the Home manager in delivering high quality care and support to young people that have had traumatic backgrounds. You will also be responsible for quality, performance management of staff, audits and Risk assessments, as well as safeguarding residents.

To be successful you must:

• Have proven experience in deputising within children's residential services
• Experience in leading staff teams and performance management, audits and risk assessments
• To have good knowledge of OFSTED quality assurance and relevant legislation
• an NVQ Level 3 in Children's Residential care or equivalent
• Be willing to work shifts

The successful senior support worker will receive:

• £35,000 a year per annum
• Guaranteed contracted hours of 40 hours a week
