Job description

Do you have experience working with young people in care? Are you emotionally and physically resilient?

The service is a children's home which offers care and support to young people aged 8-18

On offer as a Deputy Manager.

  • Starting salary of £35,000
  • On call payments
  • Rota'd hours between 8am-11pm and alternate weekend working

The successful candidate must have

  • Experience working with young people in Children,s Homes or Care Leavers,
  • Level 3 in Residential Childcare essential (or equivalent)
  • Understanding of young people safeguarding and OFSTED regulations
  • Ability to step up in the managers abscence
  • People Management Skills
