Deputy Manager experienced within Adult social care overseeing Learning Disabilities or Physical needs wanted for a local, intimate charity in Oxfordshire. Friendly place of work with a family feel £30,000 - £32,000.

Requirements:

• QCF Level 3 in Health and Social Care or equivalent
• A successful track record of deputising within adult services
• A great understanding of CQC, risk assessment and safety management

Salary: £30,000 to £32,000
