Deputy Manager

Deputy Manager needed for a young adult's residential home in Henley-on-Thames

Our client is looking for an experienced, dedicated, and compassionate Deputy Manager to support and lead within the residential home.

As a Manager you should be a confident and enthusiastic candidate whose focus is the care of the residents.

Shift Times:

• Monday - Friday
• Flexibility for any urgent cover
• 37 hours per week

Requirements for you as the Deputy Manager:

• Experience in Management
• Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care Level 3 or equivalent
• Enhanced Child and Adults DBS
• Good knowledge of legislation, guidance and best practice.
• Be able to travel to Henley-on-Thames in your own vehicle or by public transport.
