Job description
Deputy Manager needed for a young adult's residential home in Henley-on-Thames
Our client is looking for an experienced, dedicated, and compassionate Deputy Manager to support and lead within the residential home.
As a Manager you should be a confident and enthusiastic candidate whose focus is the care of the residents.

Shift Times:
- Monday - Friday
- Flexibility for any urgent cover
- 37 hours per week
Requirements for you as the Deputy Manager:
- Experience in Management
- Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care Level 3 or equivalent
- Enhanced Child and Adults DBS
- Good knowledge of legislation, guidance and best practice.
- Be able to travel to Henley-on-Thames in your own vehicle or by public transport.
