Deputy Manager

I am recruiting a deptuy manager who has experience in supporting Adults with Learning disabilties in the Fareham, park gate area

I'm looking for a strong deputy manager ready for the next step or an existing manager wanting to join an amazing company.

Its Full time 37.5hrs a week - managing a 4 bed service to start with possible growth additional services.

Starting salary will be approx. £26-27K

Can you Lead and directly line manage your own team to deliver the highest quality of support that meets and exceeds the expectations of the individuals who draw on it, their families, our commissioners, and our regulators.

I need a manager who leads a team by example, a role model for outstanding, personalised support, ensuring individuals who draw on our support are at the heart of all we do, and their needs are met.

The manager needs to ensure the team feels valued and supported, understand what is expected of them and have the skills and tools to undertake their role to the best of their ability, to be the best they can be.
