Are You An Experienced Team Manager Or Senior working Within Adult Social Care Looking For Your Next Career Step? I Am Recruiting For A Deputy Manager For A Not-For-Profit Charity Based In Lancashire Supporting Vulnerable Adults With Learning Disabilities In A Supported Living Enviroment.

**This Role Will Involve Multi-Site Management**

Duties of the Deputy Manager Are:

  • Work Alongside Mangement Maintaing Service Quality And Compliance
  • Attend Relevent Meetings When Necessary
  • Carry Out Compliance Checks Across All Services Under Your Remitt
  • Comply With All CQC Standards And Other Relevant Frameworks
  • Develop And Maintain Internal And External Stakeholder Relationships
  • Regular Visit And Provide Support To All Services And Staff
  • To Provide On Call Services As Part Of Rota System
  • Participate In Recruitment Days
  • Undertake Adhoc Duties When Required e.g Investigations/Disciplinaries

What We Need From You:

  • Willing To Complete Level 5 In Leadership And Management
  • Experience Of Working With Vulnerable Adults Ideally In Supported Living With Learning Disabilities
  • Knowledge of CQC Standards And Other Legislation
  • Excellent Communication And Reporting Skills
  • Ability To Carry Out On Call Services
  • Full Driving Licence And Use Of Car
