Deputy Head Teacher

I am looking for a Deputy Head Teacher with a passion and understanding of SEMH. This is a chance to work for a specialised and independent secondary school that provides inclusivity and personalised development for children with complex additional needs. Salary £54555- £57124

Requirements:

• Experience working as a Assistant Head Teacher ideally in a similar environment
• A clear vision, strong leadership, and effective management skills.
• An expertise in Ofsted with the ability to maintain and build your understanding of requirements, helping the school move towards an outstanding rating.
• A solid understanding of the new Ofsted Education Inspection Framework and Independent School Standards
• The ability to motivate, drive and support staff and pupils, using a person-centred approach
• A 'can do, will do' attitude and desire to succeed and improve our school.
• Have a commitment and passion to work with pupils with SEMH and range of other difficulties including trauma, attachment and associated challenging behaviours
• Creativity in delivering the National Curriculum, whilst supporting pupils to overcome their barriers to learning
• The ability to manage, motivate and inspire pupils and staff, raising standards in student outcomes.
