This 50 bed care home in Newbury is split into 3 floors comprised of nursing and residential care. The medical and nursing team are looking for a proactive nurse to work long days mainly in the nursing floor but on occasion work in the residential floor. You will be looking after residents with dementia and will be working alongside another nurse or a medication trained HCA.

The home is looking for a nurse to do at least 2 long days each week, however you will have the option to choose how many days you want. There is a 6 month contract on offer for long days where you can still take unlimited annual leave. However, you also have the chance to work adhoc shifts when you would like and will not be bound to a contract.

Day Rates: 08:00 -20:00 (extra time and breaks paid for)

The ideal candidate will have:

Active NMC Pin
At least 6 months experience in the UK in the medical and nursing sector as an RGN
Experience in a care home or with the elderly
Ability to work a flexible schedule
Ability to commute to Newbury
