Consultant Advanced Practitioner

A North London based Local Authority are looking for a Consultant Advanced Practitioner to join their team. You will play a vital role in providing learning and development opportunities

This position is a full-time, and permanent position. You will need to have Practice Education Professional Standards. You will need to be committed and have the drive to match the ambitions to the Local Authority.

Your responsibilities as the Consultant Advanced Practitioner:

• Overseeing the learning and development opportunities for Student Social Workers and Newly Qualified Social Workers Develop, implement, and monitor protocols, policies, and procedures
• Supporting and enhancing the role of Practice Educators, Practice Assessors and ASYE Assessors
• Promoting the links with universities and other organisations
• Facilitating regular forums and learning hubs to share thinking and to reflect on practice
• Keeping up to date records on the finances relating to student placements and the ASYE programme

Requirements of you as the Consultant Advanced Practitioner:

• A recognised Social Work qualification (Degree/DipSW/CQSW)
• A valid HCPC registration
• Must hold a full UK Driving Licence

Location: North London

Salary: up to £54,000
