Children's Team Manager

A Local Authority in the West Midlands area is looking for an experienced Children's Team Manager to join their Child Protection Services.

Please note that this is a Locum position.

Responsibilities as a Children's Team Manager:

• To supervise and support a team of NQSWs to Senior members of the Child Protection Team.
• Have experience within a similar position.
• To hold regular supervisions with the team.
• Ensure service provided to service users are of high standards and in line with the council's processes.

To be considered for this Social Work position, you must have:

• Valid Social Work England Registration.
• A recognised Social Work qualification (Degree/Dip SW/CQSW) with AYSE year completed.
• Driver's License preferable.

Umbrella pay rate: £41.42 per hour.
