Children's Social Worker

We are looking for a qualified Social Worker to join a Children's Social Work team.

About the team

As a Child Protection Social Worker you will have the ability to undertake Child in Need/child protection and child in Care visits to children, assessing the capacity of parents to meet the needs of their children and to keep them safe. Undertaking Section 47 enquiries, completely child protection investigations/reports, and home visits is an essential part of this role.

About the role

You will need a degree within Social Work (Degree/DipSW/CQSW) with a minimum of 2 years' experience. It is essential you have previous experience in Child Protection or Children in Need to be considered for this position. You will need a full driving license with access to your own vehicle to travel round the region.
