Children's Social Worker

We are looking for an experienced Social Worker to join a Children in Need team.

About the team

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Social Worker to join a Children in Need team as an Advanced Social Work Practitioner. This position will bring a wide range of responsibilities including being a part of a multi-disciplinary team who work with children & families where a Child in Need plan is in place, in addition to this, you will also work with families where there are challenged to care issues.

About the role

You will need a degree within Social Work (Degree/DipSW/CQSW) with a minimum of 5 years' experience. It is essential you have previous experience within a Children in Need team or in Child Protection. You will be an enthusiastic and committed Social Worker with substantial working knowledge in a children's frontline setting. A valid UK driving licence and vehicle is essential to this role.
