Children's Social Worker

Charles Hunter Associates are currently recruiting for a Qualified Social Worker to join a 16+ Care Leavers Team on a Full Time Locum basis.

About the team

With this team you will be responsible for providing support and advice to young people, who are preparing and planning to leave care, including throughout their transition to adulthood, in accordance with the Leaving Care Act requirements.

About you

You will be committed to bringing positive change and stability to the lives of children and families in the Borough. We are looking for Social Workers that are agile, flexible and can hit the ground running - and able to respond to challenges and demands with pace and compassion.

A degree within Social Work (Degree/DipSW/CQSW) is essential along with a minimum of three years' experience working in Children Social Services setting.
