Charles Hunter Associates are currently recruiting for a Qualified Social Worker to join a Family Assessment and Safeguarding Team.

About the team

To manage a caseload of the most complex work promoting high quality assessments and interventions to bring about positive change through developing effective relationships, ensuring that the voice of the child is the focus of case recording and the planning of interventions.

About you

As the Senior Social Worker you will lead in complex situations and provide professional support to staff through guidance, co-working, mentoring, and modelling authoritative practice.

A degree within Social Work (Degree/DipSW/CQSW) is essential along with a minimum of three years' experience working in a Children's Services setting.
