Children's Social Worker

Charles Hunter Associates are currently recruiting for a Qualified Social Worker to join a Children In Care Team on a Full Time Locum basis.

About the team

Identify consistently in a timely way where children are unable to live at home, take action to secure permanence for them within a timescale that meets their needs. Where children are looked after address their needs in accordance with their care plan or pathway plan, so that they make progress and have every opportunity to fulfil their potential as adults.

About you

As the Social Worker you will demonstrate sound knowledge of social care processes and responsibilities in line with personalisation, self-directed support and person-centred planning. A degree within Social Work (Degree/DipSW/CQSW) is essential along with a minimum of three years' experience working in a Children's Services setting.
