Children's Social Worker

We are looking for a Children Social Worker to join a Children with Disabilities Team.

ONLY APPLY IF YOU HAVE A MINIMUM OF 2 YEARS POST QUALIFYING EXPERIENCE IN THE UK AS A SOCIAL WORKER.

About the team

In this team you will work from the Ashford office in Kent and will be working with Children and Families to ensure that the correct care packages are in place as they prepare to become adults. You will be allocated a low diverse caseload and be supported by a very experienced management team.

About you

The ideal candidate will have good experience developing care package as well as working with Children and Families ensuring the best outcome for the child. Other relevant experience such as Transitions, learning disabilities and safeguarding will also be helpful in being successful in this role. A degree within Social Work (Degree/DipSW/CQSW) with a minimum of two years experience working in a Children setting are essential for this position.
