Children's Service Manager

Requirements:

• A level 3 Residential Childcare Diploma
• Experience in leading staff in children's residential services
• Successful track record of delivering quality care to young people
• Robust understanding of Ofsted and associated legislation.

Responsibilities:

• Team Leadership
• Risk Assessments and care plan updates
• Medication
• Auditing
