Children's Residential Support Worker

Children's Residential Support Worker -Based in TADLEY. Working in a Children's Residential home supporting boys aged 7-18 years old with social, emotional and behavioural difficulties. Expected to encourage communication, positive relationship building, trust and emotional support to the young people.

** DRIVER ESSENTIAL - PLEASE DO NOT APPLY IF YOU DO NOT HAVE A VALID UK LICENSE**

Hours for you as a Children's Residential Support Worker:

• 51.9 Hours per week.
• Long day shifts usually 7:00-22:00. Rolling Rota.
• Must be able to work weekends.
• Temp to perm role after 12 weeks.

• PAYE Rate: £11 Minimum / Umbrella Rates: £13.92
• Holiday Pay 12.07%
• Weekly pay plus holiday pay

Requirements for you as the Children's Residential Support Worker:

• Must Have Child and adult DBS on updated service (or willing to pay and process one).
• PROACTIVE / ENERGY / INITIATIVE
• Previous experience with children, mental health, learning disabilities.
• Be able to engage and communicate with children efficiently.
• SEHM experience preferred.
