Children's Residential Support Worker

Residential Support Worker -Based in TROWBRIDGE. Working in a Children's Residential home. Expected to encourage communication, positive relationship building, trust and emotional support to the young people.

** DRIVER ESSENTIAL - PLEASE DO NOT APPLY IF YOU DO NOT HAVE A VALID UK LICENSE**

Hours for you as a Residential Support Worker:

• 37.5 Hours per week.
• Long day shifts ususally 10Hr shifts
• Sleep-ins are contracted with a minimum expectation of 1-per week (This could be more).
• Temp to perm role after 12 weeks.

Benefits for you as Residential Support Worker:

• E-learning courses paid for by CHA.
• PAYE Rate: £11 Minimum / Umbrella Rates: £13.92
• Holiday Pay 12.07%
• Weekly pay plus holiday pay
• Become a permanent member of staff after 12 weeks.
• Full Time Hours.

Requirements for you as the Residential Support Worker:

• Must Have Child and adult DBS on updated service (or willing to pay and process one).
• Previous experience with children, mental health, learning disabilities.
• Be able to engage and communicate with children efficiently.
• SEHM experience preferred.
