Children's Operation's Manager

I am looking for an experienced Operations Manager within children's residential services. Work for an established and progressive children's provider in Kent. Salary £70,000 - £80,000 (D0E)

Requirements:

• A Level 5 in Leadership and management or equivalent
• Excellent knowledge and previous implication of Ofsted framework and associated regulations.
• Expereince as an Operations Manager and/or RI
• Successful track record of performance management of Registered Managers
• Excellent communication, organisational and prioritisation skills.

Salary:

• £70,000 - £80,000 per annum DOE
