Children's Home Manager

Are you a Children's Home Manager? Do you want for an outstanding, established, children's social care provider in Reading to deliver quality care to Children from traumatic backgrounds. Salary for this role is £40,000 - £55,000

Requirements:

• QCF Level 5 Leadership and Management or equivalent
• A successful track record of managing staff within children's residential services
• A great understanding of Ofsted, regulation 44 and 45, safeguarding and related policies

Salary: £40,000 - £55,000

Location: Reading
