Children's Disability Social Worker

South Gloucestershire Council are looking for a Social Worker to join their Children's Disabilities Team. This is a Locum Social Worker role offering £35 per hour.

The ideal Social Worker will have knowledge and experience working with frontline teams. The key to success in this role is to be able to start a contract confidently without the need for supervision, along with previous experience working with disabled children.

Your responsibilities as a Children's Disability Social Worker:

• Review plans regularly to ensure outcomes are achieved
• Have a duty to safeguard vulnerable children and young people
• Continuously drive forward improvements in our services
• Provide advice, information and support to vulnerable children and young people

Requirements of you as a Children's Disability Social Worker:

• A recognised Social Work qualification (Degree/DipSW/CQSW)
• A valid Social Work England registration
• Have competent knowledge and experience of Frontline work
• A valid UK Driving Licence and vehicle is required

Location: Bristol

Umbrella pay rate: £35 per hour
