Job description

This is an amazing opportunity for an experienced Deputy Manager to step up to Registered Manager with full mentorship and support from senior management in a children's residential service based in Sittingbourne. Work for a dedicated and therapeutic company who want to make a real difference to vulnerable young people. Salary: £35,000 to £40,000

You will need:

  • A level 3 in Children's and Young People's workforce or equivalent
  • Excellent Mentoring and Leadership Abilities
  • Experience of leading teams within children's residential services
  • Excellent knowledge of Ofsted, Quality Care Standards, Children Home Regulations 44 and 45
  • Experience and ability in case management and care plans
