You will need:
- A level 3 in Children's and Young People's workforce or equivalent
- Excellent Mentoring and Leadership Abilities
- Experience of leading teams within children's residential services
- Excellent knowledge of Ofsted, Quality Care Standards, Children Home Regulations 44 and 45
- Experience and ability in case management and care plans
