Are you an ambitious Deputy or Assistant Manager who is looking for full support programme to step up to a management position within a children's residential services? £35,000 per annum, Sittingbourne

I am looking for a child focused individual who is passionate about leading teams to deliver quality care to children who have EBD and have suffered trauma in their lives. You will be looking to develop your career quickly and take that next step to Registered Manager.

You will need:

  • A level 3 in Children's and Young People's workforce or equivalent
  • Excellent Mentoring and Leadership Abilities
  • Experience of leading teams within children's residential services
  • Excellent knowledge of Ofsted, Quality Care Standards, Children Home Regulations 44 and 45
  • Experience and ability in case management and care plans
