This is an exclusive position that is designed to fast track the right candidate to Registered Manager within 6 months to a year.

I am looking for an experienced and Ambitious Children's Deputy or Team Leader to oversee a therapeutic children's home in Reading. The Children's Deputy Manager role is paying a fantastic salary of £31,000 - £35,000 per annum.

To be considered for the Deputy Manager role, you must have :

  • Previous Ofsted Registered Manager experience or extensive Deputy Manager experience (min 3 years) in a children's home
  • Level 3 in Children's Residential Childcare or equivalent
  • Strong knowledge of children's social care legislation, Ofsted, safeguarding
  • Hardworking, resilient and a positive personality who is dedicated to a child focused practice
