Children's Assistant Manager

I am looking for an Assistant Manager for a local, established, children's provider in Reading to deliver quality care to Children from traumatic backgrounds. Salary for this role is £30,000 - £40,000

Requirements:

• Level 3 in Residential childcare or equivalent
• A successful track record of managing staff within children's residential services
• A great understanding of Ofsted, regs 44 and 45, safeguarding and related policies

Salary: £30,000 - £40,000
