Children - Social Worker

Greater Manchester is looking for a Social Worker to join their Children's team. This is a locum Social Work role.

The ideal candidate will have knowledge and recent experience within an adolescent environment. The key to success in this position is to start work with confidence and hardly any supervision.

Responsibilities as a Children's Social Worker:

• Work with young adults in order to prepare them for adulthood
• Working with external colleagues as a multi-agency approach
• Ensuring that the young adults have the support required to leave the system independently

Requirements of you as a Children's Social Worker:

• A recognized Social Work qualification (Degree/DipSW/CQSW)
• A valid Social Work England registration
• Must have a minimum of 2 years' experience in Children's Social Work
• A valid UK driving license and vehicle is preferred

Location: Greater Manchester

Umbrella pay rate: £30.00 per hour
