Locality and Child Health and Disability Team Leader

A South Wales Local Authority are looking to recruit a Locality and Child Health and Disability Team Leader to join their team.

Your responsibilities as a Locality and Child Health and Disability Team Leader:

• To assess needs, risks and options, taking into account legal and other requirements, including child protection.
• To assist users to enhance their independence and coping skills.
• To work actively with carers to identify and meet their support needs.

Requirements of you as Locality and Child Health and Disability Team Leader:

• Have a relevant professional qualification in Social Work.
• Registration with the Care Council for Wales or equivalent

Salary Range: Grade 10 - up to £46,549 d.o.e + £5000 reviewed on a 12 monthly basis.
