Care Worker

A National Charity who specialise in providing therapeutic care, education and treatment to vulnerable children and young people are currently looking for a Residential Care Worker to come and join their team.

In this role you will be working with one of the most reputable care providers in the area and will benefit from ongoing training and support.

On offer is a fully funded, industry accredited training programme which offers you excellent career progression into management or as a qualified Child Psychotherapist.

Requirements of the Therapeutic Residential Worker:

• The ability to demonstrate strong emotional resilience.
• Flexibility to work weekends and sleep-ins.
• The ability to demonstrate empathy towards young children.
• An understanding of trauma.
