Job description

Are you a Care Manager or a Deputy Manager for domiciliary and homecare services? Are you looking to join one of the UK's leading private homecare providers? Are you dynamic, ambitious and love giving gold standard customer service?

I am looking to recruit a Care Manager for a leading domiciliary care company who specialise in high quality, person centred care across West Hampshire including Lymington, New Milton, Barton and Totton.

The Care Manager will be responsible for the running of the branch, referral and assessment of new clients, CQC and regulatory compliance, motivating and leading the staff team, being proactive in key duties, recruitment and retention of Care staff.

The Care Manager will receive a fantastic salary up to £32,000 dependent on experience.

To be considered for this role, the successful candidate must have

  • QCF Level 5 Leadership and Management
  • Previous experience as CQC Registered Manager
  • Experience managing homecare and domiciliary care services
  • Strong leadership and staff management skills
  • Proactive and organised nature
  • Hands on approach and commitment to delivering high quality care.
