I am recruiting for an experienced Registered Manager or Care Home Manager with previous track record of being registered with CQC with Good or Outstanding inspection reports to join a fantastic local provider of residential homes in Devon.

The home is 32 bed residential care home for older people based in Newton Abbott, Devon. We would consider experienced Deputy Manager with a Level 5 looking to step up!

The Home Manager will receive the salary between £45,000 - £49,000 on a permanent full time contract.

The Home Manager must have the following

• Previous experience as a CQC Registered Manager
• Excellent knowledge of CQC, care standards and relevant legislation
• Strong staff management and the ability to lead, motivate and a build a high performing team
• Positive personality and excellent role model
• Natural ability to build strong relationships with residents, families, medical professionals and key stakeholders
