Assistant Team Manager

We are looking for an Assistant Team Manager to join a dynamic Multi-Agency Safeguarding Hub.

This role requires a Social Work Qualification with a minimum of 3 years post qualified experience.

About the team

The team focuses on identifying risk, protective factors and inform decision making. The work is very fast paced and advocates the rights and best interests of children. They work alongside the relevant agencies to ensure the protection and welfare of all children in the community.

About you

This is a non - case holding position, you will have a strong understanding of relevant legislation and policies in Children's Social Work in the UK. Ability to work under pressure and to strict deadlines to make robust decisions and must have a degree within Social Work (Degree/DipSW/CQSW) with a minimum of three years' experience.
