Duties of the Assistant Team Leader Are:

• To Stand In For The Team Leader In Their Absence
• To Complete Supervisions For Junior Members Of Staff As Required
• To Oversee The Care, Both Physical And Emotional, Of All Students In Conjunction With Other Members Of Staff
• Attend Regular Supervision Sessions Each Half Term And An Annual Performance Development Meeting With Your Line Manager
• To Promote Equality For All Staff And Students, To Be Able To Identify Any Barriers To Access, Participation And Progression, Attainment, And Achievement

What We Need From You:

• Level 3 In Residential Childcare Is Essential
• Experience Of Working With Children In A Residential Environment
• Ability To Create, Develop And Maintain Relationships Both With Internal And External Stakeholders
• Ability To Reports And Risk Assessments
• Excellent Communication Skills To Be Able To Communicate With All Levels Of Skills
