I am looking for a Regional Manager to care for elderly adults in various care homes. The Regional Manager will cover Newton Abbot and surrounding areas.

The Regional Manager job is a permanent full-time job paying up to £57,000. The Regional Manager will have the flexibility to travel to the different homes throughout the week.

My client is looking for someone who has extensive experience with managing multi-sites for residential older people services, strong CQC track record, proven experience in Operational Management including budgets, finances, and managing senior members of staff.

Please note, you must have a driving license.

The successful candidate must have

• Held similar positions in care, including Regional Manager, Area Manager, Operations Manager, or a highly experienced CQC Registered Manager in an Older People Care Home
• Proven track record with CQC
• Experience leading senior managers, home managers, or senior members of staff
• Proven Business and financial acumen in Social Care services
• Clean DBS
